Jacob Adams
Project Engineer
Jacob joined the NCC PE Development Program in 2026, bringing a solid foundation in project engineering paired with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University. Jacob’s excellent communication skills, and his detailed and thorough approach to his role, make him a valuable asset to his projects.
As PE, Jacob’s duties include processing shop drawings and submittals, creating bid packages, project scheduling, material takeoffs, and overall project organization and support, in both the field and office. His prior experience in heavy civil construction projects included field inspections, field testing, estimating, management of subcontractors and vendors, and detailed project documentation.
Like many of the NCC team, Jacob spends most of his time outside of work being active – riding bikes, hiking, paddling, swimming, and skiing.
