New construction of 25 units of affordable housing for the Windsor Community.
Located in Windsor, VT, this multi-story new construction project will provide a mix of affordable studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, in a walkable downtown location. High performance, durability, sustainability and great design are standout qualities for this partnership between the Windham Winsor Housing Trust and Evernorth.
Situated on a sloped, tight, downtown site, this infill design required extensive pre-planning to execute CAP plan for brownfield remediation, development of new site access, and utility relocation and coordination.
This project is currently under construction.
