DESCRIPTION:
The NCC team is eager to connect with experienced Construction Superintendents interested in joining our collaborative and supportive team. NCC Superintendents play a key role in the project, beginning with the pre-construction phase, where they collaborate on project planning, logistics, and scheduling. During construction, the Superintendent is responsible for overall on-site management of the project, including safety, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and supervision of all project operations with subcontractors, vendors, and NCC labor.
Our Superintendents are supported by involved leadership, a group of talented Project Engineers, and experienced Project Managers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Six years of experience in commercial construction
- Proficiency in understanding complex project documents, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in project scheduling
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Strong focus on project safety
- Sound understanding of all phases of construction and MEP systems
