We are wrapping up the Central & Main Apartments project in Windsor and the Team is celebrating some fantastic blower door test results!
Central & Main is a large multi-story building with three levels of housing over an open parking garage. There were many critical air barrier details to work through with the design and subcontract team, and it looks like we all knocked it out of the park…final results exceeded Passive House air tightness standards with a result of .042 CFM/SF at 50 Pa.
