Evan Douglas
Project Manager
Evan joined NCC’s Project Engineer Development Program in 2014 after graduating from Clarkson University and has steadily risen through the roles of Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and is currently Project Manager. Evan’s attention to detail and organization, as well as his ability to connect and communicate across all project disciplines are among his strengths. He has a track record of successful management and execution of occupied renovations and phased construction projects.
His growth mindset, work ethic and passion have been critical in establishing NCC as the industry leader in sustainable and energy efficient construction. Often involved in NCC’s most complex architectural and sustainable projects, he brings extensive training and knowledge of air-tight building construction, high performance MEP systems, embodied carbon, renewable energy and high-performance building materials to every project.
Outside of work Evan stays busy playing Disc Golf, snowboarding, and working around his home near the base of Smugglers Notch with his wife and two dogs.
