Dan Pulinski
Project Superintendent
Dan leads his job sites with a team-based approach, he has a strong focus on safety, coordination, and communication. His diverse project experience spans historic renovations, new construction, and building system replacements. This experience extends across many industries, including higher education campuses, public safety facilities, and multi-family housing complexes.
Dan pairs his superintendent and military experience to deliver organized and efficient projects. His background includes a BS in Construction Management and 8 years of experience as an army engineering officer; he is currently serving as a Captain in the reserves. Like many other NCC team members, Dan grew up in a family involved in building and the trades. Dan is focused on learning and growing with each project, working to deliver a final product that meets a collective goal.
A newly minted Vermonter, Dan and his wife enjoy being active outdoors, with bike-packing and skiing at the top of the list. Dan also enjoys woodworking and furniture building in his free time.
