Accessibility Upgrades: Renovation of two (2) existing living units to create fully accessible units, accompanied by related site improvements to enhance accessibility and compliance with ADA standards.
- Hazardous Material Abatement: Safe removal and abatement of hazardous materials including asbestos and lead paint.

Community and Service Enhancements: Renovation of the existing lobby to develop a Community Kitchen and dedicated staff offices to support on-site service provision.
