Andrew Chrusciel
Project Manager
Andrew grew up in a family of residential contractors and graduated from Roger Williams in 2010 with a degree in Construction Management. He joined NCC’s PE Development Program in 2013 and has worked on challenging and diverse project types from conception through completion. He transitioned to a Project Estimator role in 2017 and owns a knowledge of both competitive bid and pre-construction estimating. Andrew serves as NCC’s Safety Engineer, providing oversight and support of project safety on all sites.
In 2021, Andrew was promoted to Assistant Project Manager, and then again in 2024 to his current Project Manager role. This most recent growth furthers Andrew’s versatility and capabilities with his combined field, estimating, safety and management experience. His positive attitude, attention to detail, advanced knowledge of wood construction and strong work ethic are great assets.
Andrew lives with his wife and two dogs near enough to Lake Champlain and Vermont ski areas to regularly enjoy his passions for sailing and skiing.
