A day of celebration for Downstreet Housing & Community Development, Evernorth, and the Central Vermont community as the ribbon was cut on 30 new units of affordable housing at the Fox Run Housing project in Berlin, VT.
Strategically located in Berlin’s new town center, Fox Run provides residents with convenient access to public transportation, the Berlin Mall, and Central Vermont Medical Center. This project is a key step in expanding affordable and sustainable living options for the Central Vermont community.
