NCC is pleased to announce one of our exciting 2025 construction starts, Packard Court Housing, located in St. Johnsbury, VT.
A co-development between Evernorth and RuralEdge, Packard Court fuels St. Johnsbury’s investment in a vibrant downtown while bringing more critically needed housing units to the region.
Once completed, this 25,000 sf, 4-story building, will bring 26 new units of affordable senior housing to the Northeast Kingdom.
