NCC is pleased to announce our recent award for Design-Build services for Global Foundries in Essex, VT.
In partnership with Synthesis Architects, Neagley & Chase Construction has begun executing a multi-phased occupied renovation of several key Essex campus areas. This “Employee Experience Project” will focus on upgrading and improving outdoor gathering spaces, dining, wellness, and office areas. The modernization and upgrades of these spaces will focus on improving circulation, finishes, comfort, daylight, technology and flexibility.
We are excited to see this innovative design and construction project come together for a global company that has such a significant presence in VT.
