Congratulations to NCC Project Manager Andrew Chrusciel on his most recent accomplishment, the completion of the Associated Builders and Contractors (NH/VT Chapter)’s Future Leaders in Construction program.
Andrew completed this 60-hour course over eight weeks, learning and leaning into many of the less tangible aspects of successful collaboration and leadership: Active listening, conflict resolution, feedback skills, developing a deeper understanding of self to better understand others, appreciating team dynamics, networking, and presentations skills…just to name a few!
