Led by NCC Project Manager Chris Minadeo, NCC’s Special Projects Team was created in response to an increased demand to support expansions and modifications to our region’s manufacturing industry facilities.
Decades of experience in manufacturing and process construction provides this Team with a deep understanding of how to keep production flowing while construction is in close proximity to daily operations. Robust project pre-planning and coordination, in concert with a full suite of pre-construction and construction services, ensure a seamless integration of facility and process improvements.
