Mobilization began this week at the Speranza Housing project in Barre, VT.
It will be a busy Summer for the Speranza housing team as critical life safety improvements and deferred maintenance items are tackled ahead of a Fall 2025 completion.
An important community project owned and operated by Downstreet Housing & Community Development; this facility serves as safe and supportive housing for individuals experiencing homelessness.
