Neagley & Chase Construction Company is excited to announce the Official LEED Gold Certification of the new expansion of UMS Manufacturing at the Schluter Systems Campus in Plattsburgh, NY.; a team effort from the Project Owners, design firm Architectural & Engineering Design Associates, P.C. (AEDA), Dahltan Enterprises, Inc., Hallam Associates, and LEED Consultant Freeman French Freeman and General Contractors Neagley & Chase Construction have provided upstate New York with another “Green” Energy Efficient Facility.
