Over the last several months, we’ve been working hard on building a new 35,000 square foot brewery and cafe for Trapp Family Lodge. The facility includes a full brewing operation complete with viewing, tasting, and point of sale areas, and was designed with a highly energy-efficient shell, skylights, and lighting control.
The video below shows a timelapse of the rigging and installation of 6 100BBL German ROLEC fermentation tanks through the roof and into the Brewhouse Cellar Room. This installation was completed by Demag Riggers, BGM Steel Erectors, and Neagley & Chase.
