Projects that include a mix of new and rehab construction are a particular challenge. Both sites were very tight, permitted under stringent guidelines, and required extensive coordination with subcontractors to meet our goal of creating long lasting, very energy efficient buildings. Efficient Vermont has awarded both buildings a 5-Star rating – indicative of the good oversight and care that went into coordinating this work.”
