Wayne Symon
Superintendent
One of NCC’s Project Superintendents, Wayne brings decades of construction superintendent experience and a unique background and perspective in large scale subcontracting and facilities management roles. This experience, combined with Wayne hands-on, proactive approach, thoroughness, and demonstrated occupied facility construction experience make him a great fit for many of our largest and most complex projects.
Wayne’s communication style, understanding of a client’s perspective and operational focus, and commitment to a collaborative team approach have fostered excellent working relationships with local and regional subcontractors and vendors. Wayne’s jobsites are organized, safe, and efficient.
When not at work, Wayne loves spending time with his wife and daughter watching sports and enjoying the outdoors. A lifelong outdoorsman, he loves getting out in the Vermont mountains every weekend with friends and families.
