Project Engineer
Phil brings more than a decade of varied field and project engineering experience to his role as NCC Project Engineer, including surveying, assistant superintendent, restoration, and masonry foreman duties. This experience has developed his subcontractor, estimating, schedule and material management skills, while bringing a valuable boots-on-the-ground perspective to his project management.
Phil’s project experience has spanned new construction, historic preservations, specialized restorations, and challenging occupied renovations. To all of his projects, Phil brings an unmatched work ethic, great communication and relationship skills, and a thorough commitment to maintaining Owner’s interests. His hands-on knowledge and ability to put work in place, also contribute greatly to his project input and perspective.
Phil enjoys living in Vermont through all the beautiful seasons, spending time on the lakes in the summer fishing and boating, skiing in the Winter, and off-roading throughout the year. Phil loves spending time with family and finding humor in the everyday.
