Office Manager

Coming from a family of builders, Jenna brings a natural, determined, and creative approach to the NCC team. Her career with the company reflects her versatility and dedication, having progressed through roles as a Laborer, Summer Intern, and part-time Operations Associate before transitioning into her current full-time position as Office Manager.

In her newest role, Jenna oversees office management, HR administration, IT coordination, and accounting support, alongside marketing and fleet management. She also provides critical project administration support to ensure seamless field-to-office operations.

Outside of her professional life, Jenna maintains an active lifestyle—whether she is lifting, running, playing field hockey, or skiing, she is always on the move.
