NCC is pleased to announce that we have been selected to join the Shelburne Library, Town Hall, & Town Center project as CM. We are thrilled to be working with the Town of Shelburne and Vermont Integrated Architecture (VIA) on this inspired project. The proposed work includes the replacement of the existing library with a beautiful new facility and connector to the renovated Historic Town Hall.
Envisioned to reinforce the Shelburne Town center, this project’s community-based solution will build a 21st century library, while conserving the historic Shelburne Town Hall and strengthening the center of Shelburne Village. The new facility will address existing site, programming, accessibility, and energy efficiency issues while achieving a net-zero ready standard and maximizing flexibility and future community use. The renovations to the Town Hall will renew the life of this iconic Shelburne building, while also increasing access, programming, and energy efficiency.
