This state of the art facility simply adheres to the practice of sustainable construction as part of the mission of Philo Ridge Farm.
Wherever possible local materials are being incorporated into the structure, including the historic ‘Garen Barn’ saved, restored and reassembled as the core of the new structure’s main dining area.
