NCC is pleased to announce our selection as Construction Manager for Innovation Lane 3 Apartments.
NCC is proud to partner with Evernorth and Champlain Housing Trust on Innovation Lane 3, an upcoming five-story, multi-family development in Burlington’s South End. The project will deliver 40 units of perpetually affordable housing alongside a first-floor childcare facility. Pre-construction services are currently underway, with construction scheduled to break ground in 2027.
