NCC is pleased to announce one of our exciting 2024 construction starts, the Fox Run Apartments, located in Berlin, VT.
Fox Run Apartments, a co-development for Downstreet Housing Community & Development (DHCD) and Evernorth (EN), will bring 30 new units of critically needed affordable housing to Central Vermont.
This new three-story facility will provide a mix of studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Community spaces, on-site laundry, community gardens and outdoor play spaces will provide essential amenities for this new community.
The Design Team, led by Wiemann Lamphere Architects, includes Engineering Ventures, Hardy Structural Engineers, Knauff Landscape Design, and Pearson & Associates Engineers.
NCC is excited to break ground in early Summer 2024 and help to bring more Vermonters into their own homes.
