Building Office Spaces to Meet the Needs of Today’s Businesses

Jun 10 2019

Neagley & Chase Construction recently turned over another renovation and fit-up project for one of Vermont’s growing companies: iMarket Solutions’ new downtown Burlington space is open, daylit, and filled with beautiful materials and details.

A backdrop of gapped softwood boards and hot-rolled steel wall panels, a ping pong table that doubles as a conference room table, and a wide-ranging offering of work spaces to choose from, all speak to the company’s energetic, creative, and forward-thinking culture.

iMarket Solutions is not alone in this approach to investing in office space that aligns with company culture. NCC has completed several similar renovation & fit-up projects over the past year that have also worked to achieve equally personalized company spaces. Installing quality materials and products, providing healthy workspaces, employee amenities, and a variety of work zones have been common project themes. Tight timelines, tight budgets, long lead times on lighting & furniture systems, and adjacent occupied tenant spaces are consistent project challenges.

Teamwork, skill and experience have worked to create these beautiful end results – spaces that reflect these growing 21st century businesses’ culture, work flow and values:

Open office workspace at iMarket Solutions’ new downtown Burlington, VT headquarters.

Centralized glass conference room at the newly renovated KPMG Inc offices in Colchester, VT.

Main lobby and reception area overlooking a conference space at Marsh & McLennan, Colchester, VT.

Large open work room at Vermont Public Radio’s new headquarters, Colchester, VT.

Beautiful employee break room and communal kitchen at PedsOne, Winooski, VT.
