Senior Estimator

Steve is one of our region’s most skilled and experienced estimators with more than 35 years in project management and cost estimating. He has worked throughout New England and in a number of western states on a wide variety of project types, sizes and delivery methods. A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, he joined NCC in 2014, leading preconstruction estimating and bidding activities with creative value analysis, cost saving suggestions, and strong industry relationships.

Steve’s impressive conceptual estimating and ability to develop well organized and highly detailed estimates are strong assets. His knowledge of local and regional labor and material costs deliver the accuracy required to align costs and project budgets. He plays a key role in mentoring and developing NCC estimators and Project Engineer Development Program participants that are interested in exploring a career path in estimating.
