Rob Higgins

Vice President

Rob has been with NCC for more than 20 years, beginning in 2001 as a Field Engineer. He is a Norwich University graduate with strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills. Rob’s moved up through the NCC ranks as Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and to his current roles as both Senior Project Manager and Vice President.

In his capacity as Senior Project Manager, he successfully delivered NCC’s most complex and high-performance projects. While in his role as NCC’s Vice President, Rob implements and oversees company-wide operational and financial systems. Having grown up in the construction industry, he is a builder at heart and likes nothing more than watching a building emerge from the ground.

A lifelong Vermonter, he loves spending time with his family and in the outdoors. He is an avid mountain biker and skier, with Paine Mountain and Sugarbush calling his name most frequently.
