Project Estimator

Nicole has recently relocated to Vermont from California, bringing with her over a decade of industry estimating and purchasing experience. In particular, Nicole’s expertise in civil and landscape scope encompasses all aspects of project development and management, from preconstruction through value management to bidding, purchasing and project closeout.

Nicole is supporting the estimating team in developing detailed cost estimates, supporting competitive bid efforts, maintaining cost databases, and furthering industry relationships. Her attention to detail, strength in OST software, and overall knowledge of construction documentation are a great asset to the NCC Estimating Team.

As a mom to four boys and three dogs, Nicole loves a good cup of coffee to fuel her busy family life. She and her husband are loving their scenic drives taking in the beauty of their new Vermont home and all of its seasons.
