Gary Cahill, LEED AP
Project Manager
Gary began his construction career as a carpenter and brings nearly 40 years of construction experience to every project. Gary joined the NCC team in 1994 as a Project Superintendent, and in 1994 brought his strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills to his Project Management. Gary’s accomplishments are rooted in wide-ranging and diverse experience in both new and occupied renovation project construction. His project history includes extensive spiritual and liturgical projects, educational facilities, commercial buildings, and medical facilities.
He leads the project teams’ preconstruction, estimating and scheduling efforts with a strong focus on fully understanding our client’s needs, and is also exceptionally skilled in the development of occupied project phasing plans and logistics planning. His experience and field perspective brings exceptional project and operations oversight and a full dedication to achieving successful project outcomes.
Outside of work, Gary stays busy with his family, camping, skiing, golfing, and cruising on his motorcycle.
