The Vergennes Community Housing project is a joint development effort by the Addison County Community Trust and Housing Vermont to provide 24 new units of affordable housing stock for Addison County.
This project includes 24 family rental apartments, with building amenities including a community library and laundry room. This highly energy efficient and environmentally sustainable building will meet Universal Design standards.
