The Cliffs

Project Overview:

This project consisted of the complete restoration and 10,000 sf renovation of the East Building; as well as the demolition and 10,000 sf rebuild of West Building.

The beautiful East Building, is comprised of a 3-story building with a full basement, and was renovated to create five living units. The existing West Building was demolished and wonderfully rebuilt to include six new living units. Both buildings include a mix of flats and townhome configurations. The renovated portion of the existing East Building is home to beautiful original craftsmanship, materials and details, all meticulously converted.
