Renovation of existing hospitality space as home to new slopeside Taqueria at the Spruce Peak area of Stowe Mountain Resort.

This renovation included a complete upgrade of the commercial kitchen space including all new equipment, exhaust hood and make up air equipment; while the electrical scope included re-lamping the existing lighting, new data cabling and a new sub panel to support the updated kitchen equipment.

The customer facing space features beautiful new custom millwork, including solid wood countertops at the serving line and a new custom dining counter made of 3.5″ thick solid Douglas Fir wood. Lively custom wall coverings, beautiful porcelain tile and refreshed paint and wood finishes round out this fantastic dining space.
