New construction of a single four-story wood-framed building with 48 apartments and shared common spaces.

This 48,605 sf building will be served by municipal water, sewer and stormwater. Additional project coordination is required as the property has been permitted as part of a five-building 242-unit development on two parcels. The entry drive and certain utilities will be shared with an adjacent parcel under separate ownership.
This project also requires full BABA compliance to satisfy public funding sources.
