Project Overview:

A new, 56,000 sf four-story housing development in Middlebury, Vermont.

This facility offers a mix of two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom loft units. It is central to downtown, encouraging walking and biking to adjacent amenities in support of the town’s goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions related to transportation.

The building has been designed with sustainability in mind utilizing a highly efficient airtight building envelope and an all-electric centralized heating and ventilation system for each unit and a rooftop solar array. A restaurant will be located on the ground floor level providing service to residents and local patrons.

Currently in preconstruction, a Fall 2026 construction start is planned.
