Fox Run Housing: Affordable Homes and a New Town Hub for Berlin, VT

Fox Run Housing brings 30 new, affordable multi-family homes to Central Vermont, a collaborative effort by Evernorth and Downstreet Housing. This project isn’t just about housing; it’s also designed to help build Berlin, Vermont’s new town center.

Residents will enjoy easy access to public transportation, amenities, and community thanks to its prime location across from an assisted living facility and a busy retail center. The three-story building offers a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Shared amenities on the first floor include a community room, laundry, and on-site building management. Outside, residents will find new access points, ample parking, community gardens, and a play area.

Built with sustainability in mind, Fox Run Housing features a wood-framed panelized approach, an airtight building envelope, a rooftop solar array, and high-performance mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. This ensures residents will have comfortable, energy-efficient homes for years to come.
