Chipotle Mexican Grill

Project Overview:

Shell and fit-up construction of new Chipotle Mexican Grill in Berlin, VT.

Site development included the relocation of an existing roadway, bringing new utilities to the site, as well as new road access, surface parking, and drive thru lanes for both hospitality properties on the site.

Fit-up construction for the 2,400-sf franchise restaurant built from ground up adhered to brand guidelines and design standards. This new eat-in/take-out Chipotle Mexican Grill is equipped with 500 sf of dining space and over 1,200 sf of commercial kitchen and storage area, as well public restrooms and administrative space for business operations.
