DESCRIPTION:
Neagley & Chase Construction (NCC) is seeking a motivated Office Manager to join our professional construction management firm. This is a truly diversified Office Management, Human Resources and Accounting Assistance position, with opportunities to grow, learn, and meaningfully contribute to the success of the entire NCC Team.
This position works closely with Company Leadership, Business Development and Accounting departments while also often being the first individual greeting employees, consultants, and Owners either by email, phone, or in person at our South Burlington Headquarters.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Overall Office Management
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Coordination with IT consultant for company-wide IT assistance
- Manage documentation for all company-owned equipment and vehicle fleet
- Coordinate insurance and bond documentation for projects
- Update and maintain project information database
- Assist accounting department with payroll
- Overall management of Human Resource activities
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Close coordination with Company leadership to manage the team member recruitment process
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
