Shelburne Cliffs

Shelburne, VT

Originally built in the 1930s as a single-family home on 6.6 acres, this Shelburne Point mansion was simply too large for today’s modern family. Instead, we added a matching wing and crafted 11 estate-style condominiums throughout – each finished by our craftsman carpenters with details like custom cabinetry and finely carved moldings that matched the original. We blended preservation, restoration, and new construction to create spacious living spaces overlooking Lake Champlain.
