Fairholt Building

Burlington, VT

Built by publisher Henry Holt just before the turn of the century, the Fairholt building is now the private residence of an influential Vermont family. We restored the existing interior and added two period-influenced wings to this stunning three-story mansion, where our craftsmanship and attention to detail truly brought the luxury of this 17,000-square-foot home to life.
