Woodbury College

Montpelier, VT

With limited land to expand its campus, Woodbury College needed more room to teach the growing number of adults returning to college. We constructed a three-story, 14,400-square-foot addition that used a small footprint and remodeled the existing classroom building for a better use of space. Both areas were super insulated with energy-efficient materials before efficiency became a hot button issue in new construction.
