Vermont Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired

South Burlington, VT

When Vermont’s only service provider for the blind and visually impaired grew out of its previous home in Burlington, we partnered with the architect to design a new facility that featured local brick, exquisite woodwork, and extremely efficient construction built on a non-profit budget. Before construction began, we contacted the University of Vermont Archaeological Department to clear the site and recommend the most responsible building location on the lot.
