Champlain Valley Co-Housing

Charlotte, VT

During this three-year, multi-phase community project, we managed construction and helped develop a mini city: a 7,000-square-foot common building, a large barn and green house, over a dozen single-family homes, and several multi-family housing units, all serviced by a shared roadway, power, wastewater system, fire pond, septic, and water treatment plant. Our long-term involvement formed strong relationships that allowed us to advocate on the client’s behalf throughout the project.
