Community Health Center

Burlington, VT

While this two-story, 17,000-square-foot abandoned building was once a grocery store and then a mattress factory, its size and location made it a perfect fit for a community health clinic. To transform this old commercial space into a full-service health and dental facility, we stretched a non-profit budget to cover the extensive structural repairs and fit-up needed to serve patients from every walk of life.
