Stephen & Burns

Burlington, VT

This Church Street cornerstone’s original turn-of-the-century grand bank had been cut up into smaller offices over the past several decades, resulting in a jumble of disconnected spaces that posed several fire hazards. We gutted the building, replaced all of the mechanical systems, and started over to create a three-story, fully accessible hair salon and spa with breathtaking custom woodwork and open, calming spaces.
