Northfield Savings Bank

Essex Junction
& South Burlington, VT

Time and budget were crucial considerations when one of Vermont’s oldest banks planned to build three new banks in three years. To meet the fast-paced schedule, we created an efficient panelization plan, building sections of the first wood-framed bank indoors ahead of time and quickly assembling the structure on-site. We then used our familiarity with the process to build two more cost-effective branches.
