Cornerstone building

Cornerstone Building

Burlington, VT

This 30,000-square-foot, five-story building on Lake Champlain’s waterfront began as a dilapidated lumberyard on a seldom-traveled stretch of Battery Street. Working within the space and engineering constraints of a city lot that rested below lake level, we built what is now a bustling, mixed-used building with a parking garage underneath and completed a series of fit-ups for the structure’s residential and retail tenants.
