Single Family Residence - Burlington, VT

Construction of a new, single family home, approximately 4,500 square feet on beautiful Lake Champlain. Project includes demolition of existing home and rebuilding a new home with revisions to the existing lot. Project is underway and scheduled for completion in Spring, 2010.

The Ice Barn - Milton, VT

Renovation/alteration of the existing Showtime building and addition of a new building, approximately 35,000 total square feet. Phase One consisted of renovation of the existing 8,000 square foot wood frame commercial building to include ceiling and carpet replacement, painting, blew lighting, HVAC ductwork and diffusers. A portion of the asphalt shingle roof was removed and replaced to accommodate stairs and a handicap ramp. Phase Two consists of a 27,000 square foot metal building. Interior finishes of this phase include some block walled locker rooms in one corner of the space and a Zamboni and compressor room. Future Expansions are likely as permits allow for the addition to be up to 40,000 square feet. The Owner eventually wants to add a pool and outdoor recreation area to the complex as well. Projects is underway and scheduled for completion the end of September, 2009, in time for hockey season.

Middlesex Fire Station - Middlesex, VT

Construction of a one story and mezzanine metal building, approximately 4,736 square feet. Project is near completion and on schedule for end of August, 2009.

Revision Military Eyewear - Essex, VT

Since 2007, we have had multiple projects for this owner. We are currently involved in a fit-up of their manufacturing and assembly area and Q.C. lab, scheduled for completion the end of September, 2009.

Chazy Central School District - Chazy, NY

Neagley & Chase Construction Company is the general contractor on this $5-milion multi-prime renovation project. This two year project includes new windows, roof, flooring, ceiling, heating and controls throughout the entire building. Project is scheduled to be completed September, 2010. Project Superintendent is bruce Thompson.

SUNY - Plattsburgh, NY - A.D.A. Upgrades

General contractor for SUNY Plattsburgh Campus, Neagley & Chase Construction Company is providing A.D.A. upgrades on two existing athletic facilities. The project is centered on installing two new elevators in existing buildings. Hazardous material abatement and considerable interior excavation have been large obstacles. Project is underway and on schedule for completion in November, 2009. Project Superintendent is Jim Maloney.
