Neagley formed Neagley Construction Company in 1984 with a strong commitment to providing quality construction-related services from historic preservation to commercial and institutional facilities. Thomas E. Chase, P.E. joined the team as CEO in 1998 to form Neagley & Chase Construction Company and brought with him a sound history of large-scale projects, engineering, and leadership. Together, Mark and Tom have built one of Vermont’s premier construction companies whose broad portfolio includes an unexpected array of quality, memorable work.
